Jennifer Elliott

Finance and Business Operations Director

As Finance and Business Operations Director for Madison, Jennifer “Jen” Elliott performs duties related to operational and financial accounting for the company’s multiple branches. She also participates in some of the company’s software configuration and training related to these functions with Quickbooks and ResWare. In addition, Jennifer serves as the company’s Alabama and Ohio Title Agent, from the branch office location in Huntsville, Alabama.

A Pennsylvania native, Jennifer started her career at Madison in March of 2009. Prior to being promoted to Business Operations Manager, for six years she held the position of Funding Manager, handling transactions in as many as 15 escrow accounts on a daily basis. Jennifer graduated from University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Business Administration and minor in Management Information Systems. Her education in these fields, as well as her industry-specific Title Agent and Notary Signing Agent certifications, helped prepare her for the variety of roles she has taken on at Madison. Her goal is to continue to work on the optimization and improved efficiency of the company’s business operations and processes.
