Recently appointed as Branch Manager of Madison’s Troy, Michigan office, Jamie Phares manages the day-to-day operations, while making sure staff is well-trained and prepared to provide the best service possible to clients.
In her role as a title processor for refinances at Madison Michigan, Vantena Esho’s primary goal is to provide exceptional service to clients, while processing their loans in a timely manner and with attention to detail. In fact, keeping customers satisfied and fixing any issues with files are her favorite parts of the job.
After nine years with the company, Carrie enjoys the prospect of building upon and improving customer relations to help the company continue to grow. “I strive to keep each client happy and to work with them to resolve any issues they may have as quickly as possible,” she states.
