Co-Owner/V.P./Licensed Title Agent
As Vice President and Co-Owner of Madison Settlement Services in Chambersburg, PA, Robin Mull brings to the settlement table a wealth of knowledge and over 35 years of experience in real estate and title industries. After obtaining an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal studies from Hagerstown Business College, Robin began her career as a Paralegal at the law firm of Sharpe and Sharpe. Later, she left the firm to join attorney David Cleaver in his private practice, which was integral in the formation of Franklin Real Estate Services. After honing her real estate, title and settlement skills for over 26 years combined at the law firm of David Cleaver and at Franklin Real Estate Services, Robin formed her own business in 2004, Gold Star Settlement Services, partnering with current State Senator Richard Alloway and the late Larry Meminger. In 2005, Gold Star merged with David Breschi, Esquire, forming Madison Settlement Services-Chambersburg. To keep up with ever-changing standards and regulations in the real estate and title service industries, Robin, a licensed title agent, attends seminars and classes on a regular basis.
A lifetime Chambersburg native, Robin shares both a sense of pride in her hometown and a unique understanding of its business community. From charming small town to bustling business hub, Chambersburg has changed dramatically since she grew up working side by side with her parents in their family-owned and operated bakery, Barton’s Cookie Jar. But no matter how much the community has changed, Robin appreciates that the people in Chambersburg are still very friendly and always willing to help. Today, as a member of the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club, and the local BNI chapter, where she has served as treasurer, secretary and vice-president, Robin espouses the philosophy of giving back to the community by helping out in any way she can. Further, she stays apprised of current business ownership practices as a member of the National Professional Women’s Association.
Robin believes that the most essential element to her success in business is that she always strives to go above and beyond the customer’s expectation and to treat each and every client like they were her only client. “I always try to help in any way I can to make my realtor’s or lender’s job easier. For instance, I obtain copies of any records they may need in order to save them time, and I always arrange settlements at the customer’s convenience instead of my own – even if that means late nights or early mornings. My job is to think outside the box to provide top notch service that will make people remember Madison Settlement Services!”Back to our team
